Description

Delicate cottage cheese dessert with cooked condensed milk, white chocolate and candied fruits. A festive no-bake dish.

  1. Take the butter out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to soften it.
  2. Press the cottage cheese through a sieve or blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 15-second pulses.
  4. Mix the soft butter with cooked condensed milk and beat with a mixer until fluffy.
  5. Add the cottage cheese mass and melted white chocolate, mix until smooth.
  6. Finely chop the candied fruits and fold them into the cottage cheese mixture.
  7. Grease a paskha mold (or a small bowl) with vegetable oil and line it with cheesecloth or plastic wrap.
  8. Put the cottage cheese mixture into the mold, press firmly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
  9. Before serving, invert the mold onto a plate, remove the cheesecloth and decorate as desired.
