Cottage Cheese Paskha with Cooked Condensed Milk
Description
Delicate cottage cheese dessert with cooked condensed milk, white chocolate and candied fruits. A festive no-bake dish.
- Take the butter out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to soften it.
- Press the cottage cheese through a sieve or blend until smooth and creamy.
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 15-second pulses.
- Mix the soft butter with cooked condensed milk and beat with a mixer until fluffy.
- Add the cottage cheese mass and melted white chocolate, mix until smooth.
- Finely chop the candied fruits and fold them into the cottage cheese mixture.
- Grease a paskha mold (or a small bowl) with vegetable oil and line it with cheesecloth or plastic wrap.
- Put the cottage cheese mixture into the mold, press firmly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
- Before serving, invert the mold onto a plate, remove the cheesecloth and decorate as desired.
