Description

Baked wings in an aromatic marinade of honey and soy sauce with garlic. No excess oil or sugar, they turn out crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Perfect for a healthy dinner.

  1. Prepare marinade: in a bowl, mix liquid honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground ginger and black pehealthyer.
  2. Wash chicken wings, pat dry with paper towel. Cut each wing into 3 parts (the smallest part for broth is not needed, you can leave it). Place prepared wings in a bowl with marinade.
  3. Thoroughly mix wings with marinade to fully coat in sauce. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate to marinate for at least 30 minutes (can be 2-3 hours for richer flavor).
  4. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place wings on baking sheet in a single layer, leaving a little space between them.
  5. Bake wings in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. After 20 minutes, you can turn them for even browning.
  6. Serve hot wings with your favorite side dish, such as baked vegetables or a fresh vegetable salad.
