  1. Separate egg white from yolk. Set yolk aside, refrigerate the white.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg yolk, cocoa powder and sugar until smooth.
  3. In a clean bowl, whip the chilled egg white to stiff peaks.
  4. In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream to soft peaks.
  5. Gently fold the whipped egg white into the chocolate mixture using a spatula.
  6. Then gently fold in the whipped cream to preserve the airy texture.
  7. Spoon the mousse into a serving glass. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
