Pork and Potatoes Baked in a Sleeve
Description
Juicy pork marinated in tomato-soy sauce, baked with aromatic potatoes in a roasting sleeve. A simple and hearty homemade recipe.
- Cut the pork into portion-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix tomato paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Marinate the meat in the mixture for 20-30 minutes.
- Peel and cut the potato into wedges, season with salt and rosemary.
- Toss the potato with a little vegetable oil.
- Place the potato into a roasting sleeve, then add the pork pieces with the marinade on top.
- Tie the ends of the sleeve and make a few holes on top for steam to escape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 60-70 minutes until meat and potatoes are cooked through.
- Carefully cut the sleeve open, serve the dish on a plate and enjoy hot.
