Description

A natural drink high in vitamin C and antioxidants. Cranberries have antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.

  1. Thaw cranberries (if frozen), mash with a wooden pestle or blender.
  2. Pour hot (but not boiling) water over the berry puree, stir.
  3. Let steep covered for 10-15 minutes for the drink to gain color and flavor.
  4. Strain the morse through a fine sieve or cheesecloth, pressing the berry pulp well.
  5. Sweeten if necessary with a minimal amount of stevia or honey (add honey to warm, not hot, morse!).
  6. Drink warm. Can be made in multiple servings and stored in the refrigerator, reheating before use.
