Miso Soup with Tofu and Nori — 145 ккал
Description
An authentic Japanese soup in 10 minutes. Light, warming and very healthy.
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Cut tofu into small 1x1 cm cubes. Cut nori into thin strips with scissors. Finely chop green onion.
- In a separate bowl, place miso paste, add a little hot water (broth) and thoroughly dissolve with a spoon until smooth.
- Reduce heat under saucepan to minimum. Pour dissolved miso paste into the pot. DO NOT BOIL!
- Add tofu and nori to the soup, heat for 1 minute.
- Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with green onion and serve immediately.
