Juicy and crunchy salad with chicken breast, fresh vegetables and crispy bagels in a spicy teriyaki sauce

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into strips 1 cm thick.
  2. Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil and fry the chicken with garlic powder and chili flakes until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage, cut the cucumber and bell pepper into strips.
  4. Break the bagel into small pieces and fry in a dry pan until crispy (2-3 minutes) or leave fresh for crunch.
  5. In a bowl, mix light mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce until smooth.
  6. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, cucumber, pepper and fried chicken.
  7. Dress the salad with the prepared sauce and gently mix.
  8. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  9. Top with the bagel pieces just before serving to keep them crunchy.
