Korean-style Chicken Wings
Description
Crispy oven-baked chicken wings with honey-soy sauce and sesame seeds.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Wash the chicken wings, pat dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice in salted water until tender (about 15-18 minutes).
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, adjika, soy sauce, wine vinegar and minced garlic.
- Remove the wings from the oven, drizzle with the sauce and toss to coat.
- Return the wings to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce caramelizes.
- Serve the wings hot with rice, sprinkled with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
