Quinoa with Vegetables and Tofu — 420 ккал
Description
A vegetarian but complete protein dish. Quinoa contains all essential amino acids, tofu provides calcium, vegetables provide fiber.
- Thoroughly rinse quinoa, cover with water in a 1:2 ratio, cook for 15-20 minutes covered until done.
- Cut tofu into cubes, fry in a dry non-stick pan until lightly browned.
- Cut carrot and pehealthyer into small cubes, onion into half-rings.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, fry vegetables for 5-7 minutes until soft.
- Add ginger, fried tofu and cooked quinoa to vegetables.
- Pour in soy sauce, heat through well and stir. Serve.
