  3. Lightly chop walnuts with a knife.
  4. Cut cheese into small cubes or crumble.
  5. Place pomegranate seeds, cheese and walnuts on arugula.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar just before serving. Usually no need to salt as cheese is salty enough.
