- Wash and dry arugula. Place on plates.
- Extract seeds from half a pomegranate.
- Lightly chop walnuts with a knife.
- Cut cheese into small cubes or crumble.
- Place pomegranate seeds, cheese and walnuts on arugula.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar just before serving. Usually no need to salt as cheese is salty enough.
