Description
A classic street food in a healthy version: grilled chicken, fresh vegetables and yogurt sauce in lavash.
- Cut chicken fillet into thin strips, sprinkle with seasoning. Quickly fry in heated oil until cooked (5-7 minutes).
- Finely shred cabbage. Cut cucumber and tomato into strips.
- For sauce, mix Greek yogurt with finely chohealthyed garlic.
- Lightly heat lavash on a dry pan. In the center, place cabbage, then chicken, vegetables.
- Drizzle with yogurt sauce. Wrap lavash in an envelope or tube. Fry the seam in a pan for a crispy crust.
