Description

Fresh salad with tender salted salmon, vegetables and a spicy sour cream and horseradish dressing.

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, cool, peel and slice into rounds.
  2. Hard-boil the quail eggs (about 3-4 minutes), cool, peel and cut in half.
  3. Slice the cucumber and radish into thin rounds or half-rounds.
  4. Make the dressing: mix sour cream, table horseradish, juice of a quarter lemon and a pinch of salt.
  5. Place the salad mix on a plate, top with potatoes, cucumber and radish.
  6. Add pieces of salted salmon and quail egg halves.
  7. Drizzle the salad with horseradish dressing and sunflower oil.
  8. Garnish with dill and parsley sprigs. Serve immediately.
