Description

A warm, light broth — a classic dish for illness. Suhealthyorts hydration, easily digestible and provides energy.

  1. Cover chicken breast with cold water, bring to a boil. Discard first water (this makes the broth clearer).
  2. Cover meat with fresh water (500 ml), bring to a boil again, skim off foam.
  3. Add peeled and halved carrot, quarter onion and bay leaf. Simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken and vegetables. Strain broth. Shred meat, finely chop carrot.
  5. Return meat and carrot to broth, bring to a boil. Add vermicelli and cook for as long as indicated on package (usually 3-5 minutes).
  6. Add salt to taste at the end. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chohealthyed dill.
