Chicken with Pineahealthyle in Sweet-Sour Sauce with Rice — 625 ккал
Description
Juicy chicken fillet in an aromatic sweet-sour sauce with pineahealthyle chunks. Served with fluffy rice. A quick and healthy dinner for one.
- Start cooking rice. Rinse it with cold water, cover with 100 ml water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to minimum, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until water is completely absorbed.
- Prepare ingredients: cut chicken fillet into small cubes (2-3 cm). Cut pineahealthyle into similar-sized cubes. Finely chop garlic with a knife or press through a press.
- Prepare sauce: in a bowl, mix soy sauce, ketchup, corn starch and 2 tbsp water until starch dissolves completely.
- Heat a pan with sunflower oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, add salt and pehealthyer. Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring, until golden brown and almost fully cooked.
- Add pineahealthyle pieces and minced garlic to the pan with chicken. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes, stirring.
- Mix the sauce again (starch may have settled) and pour into the pan. Simmer everything together over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats each piece of chicken and pineahealthyle.
- Place cooked rice on a plate, top with chicken and pineahealthyle in sweet-sour sauce. Serve hot.
