Carrot and Tuna Pancakes — 395 ккал
Description
Unusual and healthy pancakes made from fresh carrot and canned tuna. An excellent option for a quick lunch or dinner, rich in protein and vitamins. No flour and no excess calories.
- Prepare ingredients. Peel carrot and onion. Drain liquid from tuna and mash with a fork.
- Grate carrot on a fine grater, and onion on a medium or fine grater (or very finely chop with a knife). Transfer vegetables to a bowl.
- Add mashed tuna, chicken egg, salt and pehealthyer to the grated vegetables. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Heat a pan with sunflower oil over medium heat.
- Using a tablespoon, drop the carrot-fish mixture onto the pan, forming small pancakes. Lightly press with the spoon.
- Fry pancakes on one side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Then carefully flip and fry on the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Place cooked pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot.
