Description

Crispy chicken wings in an unusual batter with condensed milk and peanut butter.

  1. Wash and dry the chicken wings, cutting them into segments at the joints if desired.
  2. Prepare the marinade: mix condensed milk, mayonnaise, peanut butter, apple cider vinegar, chicken seasoning, and salt.
  3. Marinate the wings in the mixture for at least 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and corn starch.
  6. Dip each wing first into the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly in the dry breading.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 170-180°C (340-350°F).
  8. Fry the wings in batches for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Place the cooked wings on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
