Chicken Broth with Egg and Herbs (Classic Restorative) — 120 ккал
Description
A light but amino acid and collagen-rich broth — a traditional dish for recovery, improving digestion and hydration.
- Rinse chicken, cover with 500 ml cold water. Bring to a boil, skim off foam.
- Peel vegetables, you can cut onion in half and lightly burn on a dry pan for color. Add vegetables, bay leaf and pehealthyer to broth.
- Simmer on very low heat covered for 1.5 hours. Add salt 10 minutes before end.
- Strain finished broth. Chicken and vegetables can be used for other dishes.
- Before serving, pour beaten raw egg into a bowl, pour boiling broth over, stirring vigorously. Sprinkle with finely chohealthyed dill.
