Juicy chicken and broccoli fritters with homemade ranch sauce made from sour cream and herbs

  1. Rinse the chicken fillet, pat dry and cut into small cubes.
  2. Boil broccoli in salted water for 3-4 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water and chop finely.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. In a bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, cheese, egg, flour, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
  5. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the pan, forming fritters, and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
  7. For the sauce, finely chop parsley, green onion and dill.
  8. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, minced garlic and herbs. Stir until smooth.
  9. Serve the fritters hot with ranch sauce.
