Description

Juicy pork chops in crispy breading with spicy mustard, served with fresh salad

  1. Cut the pork loin across the grain into 1-1.5 cm thick pieces
  2. Pound the meat on both sides through plastic wrap to 0.5 cm thickness
  3. Season the chops with salt and pepper on both sides
  4. Brush each chop with mustard on one side
  5. Beat the egg in a bowl until smooth
  6. Dip each chop into the beaten egg
  7. Coat the chops in breadcrumbs, pressing firmly
  8. Heat a pan with sunflower oil over medium heat
  9. Fry the chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown
  10. Place the chops on a paper towel to remove excess fat
  11. Slice the pickled cucumber and radish into thin rounds
  12. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves
  13. Place the chop on a plate, arrange the lettuce, cucumber and radish on the side
