Phyllo Dough Pie with Pear, Brie Cheese and Nuts — 580 ккал
Description
A crispy layered pie with a tender filling of caramelized pear, melted Brie cheese and aromatic walnuts. An ideal dessert for autumn tea or an impressive dinner finale.
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish (about 15 cm diameter) with parchment.
- Wash pear, cut in half, remove core, slice thinly (2-3 mm). Chop walnuts not too finely. Cut Brie into small pieces.
- Melt butter. Brush each phyllo sheet with melted butter using a brush. Stack sheets on top of each other (3 layers).
- Transfer dough to the dish, forming edges 2-3 cm high.
- Place half the pear slices on the bottom of the dough, top with Brie pieces and half the nuts. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon.
- Arrange remaining pear, nuts and cinnamon. Fold the edges of the dough inward, slightly covering the filling.
- Drizzle pie with honey (you can slightly warm the honey for fluidity).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until dough is golden and pear is soft.
- Let pie cool for 5-7 minutes in the dish, then carefully transfer to a plate. Serve warm.
