  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish (about 15 cm diameter) with parchment.
  2. Wash pear, cut in half, remove core, slice thinly (2-3 mm). Chop walnuts not too finely. Cut Brie into small pieces.
  3. Melt butter. Brush each phyllo sheet with melted butter using a brush. Stack sheets on top of each other (3 layers).
  4. Transfer dough to the dish, forming edges 2-3 cm high.
  5. Place half the pear slices on the bottom of the dough, top with Brie pieces and half the nuts. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon.
  6. Arrange remaining pear, nuts and cinnamon. Fold the edges of the dough inward, slightly covering the filling.
  7. Drizzle pie with honey (you can slightly warm the honey for fluidity).
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until dough is golden and pear is soft.
  9. Let pie cool for 5-7 minutes in the dish, then carefully transfer to a plate. Serve warm.
