Crispy filo pastry pies filled with teriyaki tuna, leek and carrots, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

  1. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, slice the leek into thin rings.
  2. Heat a pan with half the sunflower oil, fry the carrot and leek for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  3. Drain the oil from the tuna, mash it with a fork and add to the vegetables.
  4. Pour in the teriyaki sauce, add salt, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
  5. Cut the filo pastry into strips about 8-10 cm wide.
  6. Place the filling on the edge of each strip and fold into a triangle, tucking the edges.
  7. Brush the pies with the remaining sunflower oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
