Description

Delicate no-bake dessert with chocolate cookies and orange custard

  1. Zest the orange and squeeze the juice
  2. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, starch, egg and orange juice in a saucepan
  3. Add milk and zest, cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly
  4. Remove from heat, add butter and stir
  5. Crush cookies into crumbs
  6. Mix crumbs with sunflower oil and press into a mold
  7. Pour orange custard over the base
  8. Melt chocolate and drizzle on top
  9. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set
