Description

Juicy and nutritious turkey fillet burger with tender avocado in a whole wheat bun. A perfect option for a healthy meal without harming your figure.

  1. Rinse the turkey fillet, pat it dry, and put it through a meat grinder or finely chop it with a knife for a juicier texture.
  2. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. Form a round patty about 1.5–2 cm thick.
  3. Fry the patty on a dry non-stick pan or with a minimal amount of olive oil for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. While the patty is cooking, cut the whole wheat bun in half and lightly toast it in a pan or toaster until crispy.
  5. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and slice it thinly. Slice the tomato into neat rounds.
  6. Spread a tablespoon of guacamole sauce on the bottom half of the bun.
  7. Layer the lettuce leaves on top, followed by the hot patty, avocado slices, and tomato rounds.
  8. Cover with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately while the burger is warm and juicy.
