Healthy Turkey and Avocado Burger
Description
Juicy and nutritious turkey fillet burger with tender avocado in a whole wheat bun. A perfect option for a healthy meal without harming your figure.
- Rinse the turkey fillet, pat it dry, and put it through a meat grinder or finely chop it with a knife for a juicier texture.
- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. Form a round patty about 1.5–2 cm thick.
- Fry the patty on a dry non-stick pan or with a minimal amount of olive oil for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- While the patty is cooking, cut the whole wheat bun in half and lightly toast it in a pan or toaster until crispy.
- Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and slice it thinly. Slice the tomato into neat rounds.
- Spread a tablespoon of guacamole sauce on the bottom half of the bun.
- Layer the lettuce leaves on top, followed by the hot patty, avocado slices, and tomato rounds.
- Cover with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately while the burger is warm and juicy.
