Greek Salad with Tuna
Description
A classic Greek salad where tuna replaces feta. A very fresh and healthy option.
- Wash and cut: tomatoes into large wedges, cucumber into thick half-circles, green pehealthyer into strips, red onion into thin rings.
- Drain liquid from tuna and mash with a fork, leaving small chunks.
- Slice olives into rings (or leave whole).
- Layer on a plate: first cucumber and tomatoes, then pehealthyer and onion, top with tuna and olives.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Serve immediately. Salt and pehealthyer to taste.
