Description
Crispy potato pancakes baked in the oven without oil. A healthy version of the classic dish.
- Peel potatoes and onion. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, onion on a fine grater.
- Press one garlic clove through a garlic press. Add salt and pepper.
- Beat in the chicken egg. Mix thoroughly.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon the potato mixture onto the sheet, forming pancakes about 1 cm thick.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. No need to flip.
- Serve hot (can be served with low-fat sour cream or herbs).
