MyNutri
Have you tried the blood type diet and been disappointed?
MyNutri helps you put together a diet by blood type without the chaos: goals, health, and allergies are taken into account in one profile to make the menu feasible in real life.
Why consider blood type in your diet?
The blood type nutrition theory links the evolutionary origins of the groups to differences in digestion and immune response to lectins and dietary proteins. Almost many people use it asa framework for experimenting with portability: what gives energy, what causes heaviness or swelling - and adjust the diet to the sensations, and not to the abstract “ideal”.
In MyNutri, blood type isone of the profile parameters. It is fed into AI along with calories, goals, diseases and allergies, so that the plan is seamless: for example, with group O and hypertension, the emphasis will be consistent with both the “hunting” type of diet and sodium restriction.
Medical disclaimer. The information on the page is for educational purposes only. During pregnancy, anemia, kidney and liver diseases, autoimmune processes and when taking anticoagulants, discuss any dietary restrictions with your doctor.
Four groups - dietary guidelines
D'Adamo's classification and its variants describe the four groups as different strategies: from the "ancient hunter" to the "mixed" type. In practice it is convenient to look at frequency and combination of products, and not on strict prohibitions: the tolerance of lectins, fermentation and fats varies greatly among people, even within the same group.
In MyNutri, blood type does not change illnesses and allergies and does not replace medical nutrition protocols — it adds another layer of wishes to the already given restrictions. The diet is collected from recipes with KBJU; can be opened, for example, Stewed cod with carrots and sour cream. Additionally: popular diets, benefits of products, symptoms of vitamin deficiency.
Brief guidelines on popular regimens (not individual medical advice)
0 (I)
"Hunter"
Emphasis on quality animal protein, vegetables; Moderation in dairy and some grains is often advised - rely on tests and how you feel.
More details
Classic tables often favor fish, poultry, red meat (in reasonable portions), eggs; They pay close attention to wheat and legumes. If you have high cholesterol and CVD, it is better to discuss portions of fat and red meat with your doctor.
A (II)
"Farmer"
Focus on vegetables, cereals, legumes, vegetable protein; red meat in classic schemes is often on the list of restrictions.
More details
A crossover with the Mediterranean style is suitable: olive oil, fish, a lot of fiber. Watch for complete iron and B12 if you don't have enough meat - especially if you have female anemia.
B (III)
"Nomad"
The most varied diet in theory: meat, dairy products, greens; chicken and corn/wheat are often labeled as “controversial.”
More details
It makes sense to keep a food diary: if discomfort appears after eating wheat or chicken, this is a reason to discuss intolerance with a gastroenterologist, and not just the “group table”.
AB (IV)
Mixed type
Combination of ideas for A and B: fish, tofu, seafood, vegetables; gentle personalization and attention to dairy tolerance.
More details
Rare group in the population; The diet is often built from the “intersection” of acceptable foods A and B. In MyNutri, this is still combined with your allergies and goals.
| Group | More often in focus | What to pay attention to |
|---|---|---|
| 0 (I) | Protein, vegetables, whole grains in moderation | CVD, gout, digestion of legumes |
| A (II) | Vegetation, fiber, fish | Iron, B12, protein for an active lifestyle |
| B (III) | Variety, dairy products are often tolerable | Individual reaction to wheat and chicken |
| AB (IV) | Fish, tofu, vegetables, moderate grains | Lactose, combination of restrictions A and B |
Examples of product guidelines by group
The table summarizes common recommendations from books and tables on blood type; Thisnon-therapeutic menu. Discuss allergies, religious restrictions, and physician's advice.

How it works at MyNutri
- Please indicate your blood type in your profile— next to height, weight, activity, goals and health restrictions
- The system and AI collect context— in a conflict “group table” vs allergy, safety wins
- Create a plan or select recipes— manually or automatically, taking into account the nutritional information
- Check your taste— favorite and least favorite foods make the diet feasible in everyday life
If you don't follow the blood type theory, simply leave the field blank or combine it with the non-astrology mode - the service will remain useful due to goals and medical restrictions.
Scientific background
Systematic reviews do not find a consistent association between blood type and response to diet in the general population. This does not negate individual food tolerance - it is better to check it with a food diary and tests, and not just with theory.
Modern nutritional science relies on energy expenditure, body composition, biochemistry, microbiome and lifestyle. MyNutri combines these options in a profile; blood type may remain an optional “layer” of preference.
Regardless of blood type, the evidence base converges in favor of adequate fiber, moderate salt, minimizing ultra-processing, and balancing carbohydrates with diabetes and weight.

What is MyNutri?
MyNutri is a service for creating personalized meal plans. You fill out a profile with your parameters, goals, allergies and preferences — and the system uses AI to select recipes, calculate macros and build a shopping list. You can use the service without astrological data — goals, health and food preferences are enough. An astrological profile (zodiac sign, date, time and place of birth) is available on paid plans only and enabled at your choice in your profile settings.
The service helps those who want to eat consciously: track calories and nutrients, plan daily meals and keep favorite foods; optionally, with zodiac-based metabolism guidance (paid subscription).
