Turkey and Banana Fajitas

Unusual fajitas with turkey, sauerkraut and banana.

Turkey (thigh) — 85 г

Cilantro (coriander, fresh) — 7 г

Sunflower oil (refined) — 9 мл

Ground black pepper — 1 щепотка
- Mix yogurt with finely chopped jalapeño and cumin, set aside.
- Slice turkey into thin strips.
- Cut pepper into medium-thick strips and red onion into half rings.
- Heat a pan with sunflower oil over high heat.
- Fry the turkey until golden brown.
- Add onion and pepper, sauté until half cooked.
- Add chili flakes, fry lightly, then add sauerkraut and salt, continue frying over high heat.
- Add ketchup, stir and continue frying.
- Cut banana into chunks, add to the pan, fry for 30 seconds and remove from heat.
- Transfer fajitas to a cast-iron skillet, sprinkle with coarsely grated suluguni cheese.
- Torch the cheese with a gas burner or place in the oven for a few minutes until melted.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves.
- Serve with nachos and yogurt sauce.
