Description

Tender turkey fillet with a crispy crust, served with juicy shrimp and spinach in a flavorful cream sauce. An exquisite and hearty dish for a special dinner.

  1. Pat the turkey steak dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, on both sides.
  2. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the steak for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer the steak to a plate and let it rest.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté finely chopped shallot and garlic until translucent, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp and fry for 1-2 minutes until pink. Pour in the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate for 1 minute.
  5. Add the cream, bring to a boil, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Add the spinach and cook for another minute until it wilts.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet and heat it in the sauce for 1 minute. Place the steak on a plate, spoon the shrimp and spinach sauce over it. Garnish with red caviar. Serve immediately.
