Description

Homemade burger with crispy cod fillet, fresh vegetables and tangy tartar sauce

  1. Thaw the cod fillet and pat dry with paper towels
  2. Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides
  3. Coat the fillet in breadcrumbs
  4. Heat a pan with sunflower oil and fry the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown
  5. For the tartar sauce mix mayonnaise, sour cream, finely chopped dill, minced garlic, whole grain mustard and half of the finely chopped red onion
  6. Finely chop the pickled cucumber and add to the sauce
  7. Cut the bun in half and toast on butter until lightly golden
  8. Place spinach leaves on the bottom half of the bun
  9. Place the fried cod fillet on top
  10. Top with sliced tomato and remaining onion
  11. Drizzle generously with tartar sauce
  12. Cover with the top bun and serve
